These atlantic salmon steaks are processed from fresh (sashimi grade) salmon from Norway. Although it was sashimi grade, we do not recommend eating it raw! Please have them cooked. The salmon has a nice soft flaky texture to it, and taste so good that you'd be wanting more.

We love it done simply, pepper & salt, some lemon, and pan fried. Cooked roughly 80% skin side down before flipping it over to finish.
