This bread is called a symbol of the Latvian people. Original in sight and taste. As before - baked in a wood-fired oven on a clone. The master makes each loaf by hand. From coarsely ground rye flour, without any improvements, long-term fermentation, ensuring good baking properties, constant taste, aroma and the highest nutritional value - even during long-term storage. Such fermentation produces enzymes whose vitamins are several times more effective than synthetic ones.
